Designed exclusively for those who have reserved their spot on Fairhaven’s Priority List, the Priority Passport Program allows members to start enjoying the community before they move here. Stroll the nature trail, take a painting class, and enjoy a stay in our guest suite.
Best of all, your Priority Passport means you’ll have priority selection when cottages or apartments become available.
Make your reservations through the Marketing Department. Some events and activities may require additional fees.
Becoming a Priority Passport Member
It’s easy to join Fairhaven’s Priority List: simply submit an application with a refundable deposit of $1,000 for an individual ($1,500 per couple) plus a non-refundable processing fee of $150 per person. Indicate the range of residences you prefer and you’re done! Fairhaven will keep you apprised of availability.
Your Priority Passport entitles you to:
- Enjoy discounts for meals in any of our five dining venues
- Complimentary stay in the community guest suite, meals included
- Use of the 3-hole golf course
- Attend Fairhaven’s monthly social hours
- Have the opportunity to join events, classes and trips, both on and off site
- Receive Fairhaven newsletters
